Telesales Officer

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Initiate contact with

    leads provided by the company

  • Actively listen to and understand the insurance needs of potential customers.
  • Provide clear and compelling insurance solutions, addressing all customer inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • This role is open to both

    freshers and experienced

    professionals.
  • Candidates with a 12th-pass qualification or higher are eligible.
  • Prior experience in

    telecalling, BPO, or any sales role

    is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent

    communication skills in English

    are a must.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs.
  • A customer-focused and persuasive approach to sales.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
