Job Title: Sales Executive (Walk-In Generation Executive)
Department: Sales / AdmissionsReports To: Sales Manager / Admissions ManagerLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaJob PurposeThe Walk-In Generation Executive is responsible for generating qualified walk-in visits by engaging prospective students and clients through structured outbound calling and follow-ups.The role is target-driven, with attractive incentives on top of a fixed salary, linked to confirmed walk-ins and successful conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified walk-in appointments through outbound calls and follow-upsContact prospective students/parents to schedule campus or office visitsFollow up on leads from marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, referrals, and databasesClearly explain program offerings, eligibility criteria, and visit detailsEnsure walk-ins are confirmed, tracked, and updated in CRM systemsCoordinate with Admissions Counsellors to ensure smooth handover of walk-insMeet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in targetsHandle objections professionally and motivate prospects to visitMaintain high standards of professional communicationPrepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports, including:Calls madeAppointments fixedWalk-ins generatedConversions (if applicable)Performance & IncentivesFixed salary: INR 25,000 – 30,000 per monthHigh performance-based incentives in addition to fixed payIncentives linked to:Confirmed walk-insSuccessful enrollments/conversionsNo upper cap for high performers, subject to company incentive policyRequired Qualifications & Experience1–2 years of experience in:TelesalesLead generationAppointment settingWalk-in or footfall generationPrior experience in a corporate or structured sales environment is mandatoryBachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)Experience using CRM systems and MS OfficeKey Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong persuasion and appointment-setting abilityTarget-driven and incentive-motivated mindsetProfessional attitude and strong follow-up disciplineGood objection-handling and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamPreferred (Added Advantage)Experience in service-based salesUnderstanding of student counseling or admissions processesMultilingual skillsWorking ConditionsFull-time, office-based roleFixed working hours as per company policyFast-paced sales environment with strong earning potential
