Job Description

This is a full-time HR/Admin role located on-site in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR operations at AUPS. Your daily tasks will include recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct performance reviews, and create a positive work environment. Administrative Support: Oversee office administration, procurement, and facility management. Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, track leaves, and ensure policy adherence. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR documentation. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR and Administration. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.,
