Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks, including:

1. Making outbound calls to individuals expressing interest in immigration services.

2. Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their immigration requirements and providing information about Trivial Chapter Immigration's services.

3. Addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.

4. Guiding potential clients through the necessary documentation and application processes for immigrating to Portugal.

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and communication details in our CRM system.

6. Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive customer experience.

7. Achieving individual sales targets set by the company.

8. Staying well-informed about immigration laws, regulations, and market trends related to Portugal.

9. Continuously enhancing your sales skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by Trivial Chapter Immigration.

10. Adhering to the policies, guidelines, and best practices established by Trivial Chapter.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

1. Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably with a focus on immigration or related services.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

4. Knowledge of Portugal's immigration processes and business investment opportunities is a significant advantage.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

8. Availability to work from the office during designated business hours.

9. Compliance with Trivial Chapter policies and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
