Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Convert leads into sales by building rapport and understanding customer needs.
Maintain a high volume of calls daily to maximize conversions.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls or WhatsApp.
Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and share product benefits.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for closures.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in making outbound sales calls.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools).
Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively.
Results-driven and target-oriented.
Experience in
BPO / Telesales / Telemarketing
is an added advantage.

Qualifications

12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Freshers welcome; experience in telesales preferred.
