Job Description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate sales, and achieve assigned targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering product information, and closing sales through effective communication and persuasion. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services. Generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet monthly targets. Follow up with customers who have shown interest. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close deals. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
