Job Profile – Executive – Business Growth Centre  Job Location – Noida  Responsibilities     Receiving incoming calls of Clients i.e. Partners and end  customers.  Addressing and resolving Franchise Partners queries and  concerns, in a professional and courteous manner.  Cold calling and ensuring lead conversion.   Cross selling and promoting franchisee and stock to partners.  Making regular calls for feedback, engaging and enhancing the  Franchise and company partnership. Requirements and skills   Educational qualification – Any Graduate  Industry background – BPOs / Mobile handset  Relevant Work Experience needed – 2-5 Years  Candidate experienced in BPO / call center outbound sales.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  Must be confident and have strong interpersonal skills to be  able to deal with people at all levels  Strong customer service & handling skills and the ability to  handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
