Job Description

The Telesales Executive is supposed to make calls to our International customers who are from different countries like The United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore and many more. As a Business Development Executive, you will get an opportunity to learn and experience the International sales and working environment of different countries. Role and Responsibilities: Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls. Answer their queres professionally and provide information about our services. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the clients requests. Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients. Keeping a close eye on clients feedback. Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients. Required Skills: Strong communications skills. Strong Interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. A relevant Bachelors/Masters degree. A keen interest in business development. An eye for changing business trends and, Strong communication and convincing skills.
