Telesales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Build rapport with customers and identify their needs. Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services. Sales & Follow-Up: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule follow-up calls for further discussion. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality standards. Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and feedback. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals. Share insights about customer behavior to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. A confident, enthusiastic, and professional telephone manner. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
