Telesales Executive

### About Us: Funspire is a vibrant and innovative toy brand dedicated to bringing joy and creativity to children. We receive regular inquiries from potential customers via WhatsApp and are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to convert these leads into sales. ### Job Responsibilities: - Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp and convert them into sales. - Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and pitch Funspire products effectively. - Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion. - Negotiate and close deals over phone/WhatsApp calls. - Maintain a positive and persuasive approach while interacting with customers. - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. - Keep records of interactions and sales in the CRM system. ### Requirements: - Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi – must be fluent in both). - Proven sales experience (tele-sales, B2C sales, or e-commerce sales preferred). - Highly talkative, confident, and persuasive in conversations. - Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. - Comfortable working on WhatsApp and phone calls for sales. - Team player with a proactive attitude. - Based in Mumbai (not a remote role). ### Why Join Funspire? - Be part of a fun and growing toy brand. - Fixed salary + incentives based on performance. - Collaborative work environment with a young and energetic team.
