Assistant Counsellor – Gatbandhan Matrimony, Koramangala
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from assigned leads
- Explain membership benefits and services clearly to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans
- Convert leads into paid memberships and achieve set sales targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve services
Qualifications:
- 10th or 12th Pass or above
- Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and deliver excellent customer service
- Target-oriented and works well under pressure
Work Environment:
- Full-time, office-based role
