Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales. This role is perfect for confident and goal-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups
• Present and pitch IT services to potential clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries
• Conduct basic market research on trends and competitors
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
• Provide regular reports and client feedback to management

Qualifications

• Education: 12th Pass or Above
• Experience: Minimum 6 months (Sales/Telesales preferred)
• Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, multitasking
• Preference: Female candidates preferred
