About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Health Insurance Sales Team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote and explain health insurance plans.
• Identify customer needs and suggest the most appropriate policy options.
• Clearly communicate policy features, benefits, premium details, exclusions, and the claim process.
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and customer records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

For Freshers:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge.

For Experienced Candidates:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, health insurance, or customer service.
• Experience in health insurance or financial product sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
