Key Responsibilities:
1.Call and follow up with leads provided via WhatsApp, social media, and CRM
2.Explain product offerings, pricing, and customization options clearly
3.Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
4.Maintain customer records and update call reports daily
5.Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
6.Coordinate with the production and logistics team for smooth order processing
Requirements:
1.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language
2.Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
3.Confidence in speaking over the phone
4.Prior experience in tele-sales or BPO is a plus
5.Knowledge of WhatsApp Business or CRM tools is an advantage
