Key Responsibilities: Inbound & outbound calls handle karna (Repair enquiries + Course admissions) Customers ko services aur courses clearly explain karna Leads pe follow-up karke unhe sales/admission mein convert karna Customer queries ko professional manner mein resolve karna Daily call logs aur reports maintain karna Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years ka telecalling/telesales experience (sales & customer handling) Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred) Confident, target-oriented aur convincing personality Student admission aur customer repair enquiries dono handle karne ki ability Team player with positive attitude.
