Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products or services. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities (if required by target market). Knowledge of the industry/product.
