Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products or services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual abilities (if required by target market).
• Knowledge of the industry/product.
• Previous experience with cold calling or outbound campaigns.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
