Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven TeleSales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients Explain products/services and address customer queries Generate and follow up on leads to close sales Maintain records of calls and customer interactions Meet and exceed assigned sales targets Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling (preferred) Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
