Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling or by following up on marketing leads.
• Sales Presentations:Effectively present company products or services, highlighting benefits and features relevant to the customer's needs.
• Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
• Achieve Sales Targets:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and quotas.
• Inbound & Outbound Calls:Handle both incoming customer inquiries and outgoing sales calls to engage with clients.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in a CRM system.
• Customer Service:Address customer questions, provide support, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Market Feedback:Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
