Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate sales by reaching out to potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for explaining product benefits, handling inquiries, and closing sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!   Key Responsibilities: ·   Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. - leads generated by portals such as India Mart, Just Dial, Trade India, Google etc. ·   Understand customer packaging needs and recommend suitable corrugated box solutions. ·   Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly. ·   Handle customer objections and negotiate deals effectively. ·   Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software. ·   Follow up with leads and ensure repeat business. ·   Work closely with the field sales team for large or custom orders. ·   Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.   Key Skills & Requirements: ·   Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry). ·   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·   Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive sales growth. ·   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. ·   Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
