Job Description

Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers. Identify and qualify sales leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails. Present our products or services to potential clients. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Document interactions and update CRM with accurate information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation. Qualifications:- Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Experience with CRM software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
