Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers. Follow up on leads and cold calls to convert inquiries into sales or appointments. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively. Provide detailed product or service information when required. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure timely follow-ups to keep clients informed. Sales and Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets as set by the company. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, feedback, and sales in the database. Document client interactions and outcomes for future reference. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize customer interaction strategies. Share customer insights to help refine products and services. Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic computer knowledge, and call handling systems. Problem Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve customer concerns. Time Management: Efficient in handling multiple calls and tasks daily. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of successful calls made daily. Lead conversion rate. Customer satisfaction ratings. Achievement of sales or appointment-setting targets.
