Job Title: Hotel Management Trainer Department: Training & Development Reports To: Academic Head Job Summary: The Hotel Management Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in hospitality, front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and overall hotel operations. The role involves preparing students/trainees with the practical knowledge, skills, and professional behavior required to succeed in the hotel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities :Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions on hotel management subjects including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Customer Service. Provide hands-on practical demonstrations in areas such as table setting, housekeeping standards, guest relations, and reservation systems. Develop training materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods in line with industry standards. Mentor, guide, and assess students/trainees on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Ensure training modules are up to date with the latest hospitality trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students. Organize workshops, industry visits, and guest lectures for enhanced exposure. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment in the classroom and training labs. Coordinate with hotels and hospitality organizations for internships, placements, and practical exposure. Prepare reports on student progress and maintain training records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management. Proven work experience in the hotel industry (minimum 3–5 years), preferably in supervisory or managerial roles. Prior experience in teaching/training will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of hospitality operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B service, and guest handling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students/trainees.
