Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Ayurvedic Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products over the phone. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers, handling queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain product details, benefits, and pricing of Ayurvedic products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly. Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and follow up regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Work closely with the marketing and logistics team for smooth operations. Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales. Prior experience in Ayurvedic, Wellness, or Pharma sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a bonus). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
