Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our growing team in

Chennai

and

Bangalore

. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a knack for engaging with clients over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization.Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively presenting our products and services.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Maintain a strong understanding of our offerings and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

3 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales, tele sales, inside sales, or online sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site during day shifts.
