Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role, with strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in sending professional emails to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Draft and send professional emails to customers regarding quotations, product details, follow-ups, and support.
• Maintain and update customer databases using Excel and CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated via calls, emails, or marketing campaigns.
• Prepare basic sales reports, data entry, and documentation using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer responses and order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting, etc.).
• Experience in composing and sending professional emails to clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer interaction and sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems.
• Knowledge of the fabrication or industrial product sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,165.60 - ₹27,828.98 per month
