Telecaller – Excel Knowledge & Communication Skills Required

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller who has strong communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role involves interacting with customers over phone and email, preparing quotations and proforma invoices, and conducting follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Send follow-up emails and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Prepare and share quotations and proforma invoices using Excel.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up details in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client updates.
• Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with customers.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, etc.)
• Experience in preparing quotations and proforma invoices is preferred.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
