Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and driving sales through persuasive communication. You will also be tasked with meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities Promote and sell products/services by providing detailed information and addressing customer concerns Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and customers Handle customer objections and close sales effectively Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, pricing, and promotions Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively sell our offerings Report on sales performance and provide feedback to management Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 05/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 21/06/2025
