Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls to generate sales opportunities. Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products/services. Convert leads into successful sales closures. Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Coordinate with team members and report sales activities to managers. Requirements: Proven experience in BPO sales/tele-sales/customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with strong sales aptitude.
