Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads or closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities:   Make outbound calls to prospective customers   Explain and promote products or services clearly and effectively   Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales   Maintain a database of customer information and call records   Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets   Handle customer queries and provide accurate information   Work closely with the sales team for closures   Ensure compliance with sales scripts, company policies, and data protection norms Requirements:   Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any discipline is an advantage   Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling preferred   Excellent communication and persuasion skills   Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)   Ability to handle rejection and stress   Fluency in [mention languages required – e.g., Hindi, English] Benefits:   Fixed salary + attractive incentives   Training and development support   Career growth opportunities   Positive work environment
