Job Description

KRA – Telesales Executive

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Maintain and update lead database regularly.
Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns and online sources.

2. Sales Target Achievement

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales call targets.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Achieve assigned revenue and conversion goals.

3. Customer Handling & Communication

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Follow-Up & Coordination

Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation.
Update CRM/records with call notes and status.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily call reports and share progress with the manager.
Track conversions, enquiries, hot leads, and follow-ups.

6. Quality & Compliance

Maintain call quality standards and follow company scripts.
Ensure proper adherence to company policies and ethical selling practices.

7. Market Feedback

Gather customer feedback and share insights on market trends.
Report common customer questions, objections, and competitor insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
