Telecaller (Pharma)

1. Lead Generation & Prospect Identification

• Contact doctors, chemists, distributors, and healthcare professionals to generate pharma leads.
• Maintain an updated database of potential clients (PCD, distributors, retailers, etc.).
• Follow up on inquiries from websites, portals, and marketing campaigns.

2. Product Promotion & Information Sharing

• Explain pharma products, formulations, compositions, and benefits clearly.
• Promote PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing services as required.
• Handle product-related queries and provide accurate details with confidence.

3. Appointment & Conversion Support

• Fix appointments or schedule calls between prospects and the sales team.
• Identify hot leads and pass them to the concerned managers for closure.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, enquiries, and closures.

4. Customer Handling & Relationship Building

• Maintain positive and professional communication with doctors, distributors, and clients.
• Build long-term relationships to support repeat business and brand trust.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.

5. Follow-Up & CRM Management

• Conduct timely follow-ups on leads, quotations, and pending discussions.
• Record all calls, notes, and progress in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Track enquiry status and ensure timely updates.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily / weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
• Share feedback on market demand, competitor products, and customer behaviour.

7. Compliance & Quality Standards

• Ensure calls align with pharma industry guidelines and ethical practices.
• Maintain accuracy while sharing product information and avoid miscommunication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
