Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Respond to inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide detailed information about products or services. Record and update customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline. Handle customer objections and close sales professionally. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport. Participate in training and sales meetings to improve performance. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus. Preferred Skills:Prior experience in [insert industry, e.g., insurance, tech sales].
