Role Overview

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote membership packages (3-day, 7-day, and 15-day).
Explain our hydro-wellness offerings and answer queries with clarity and enthusiasm.
Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Act as a brand representative, conveying the luxury and wellness values of Ushmaya.

Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles (hospitality or wellness preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, confident phone presence.
Strong listening skills and the ability to identify client needs.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Compensation (Annual)
