Role Description This is a full-time field sales role for a Sales Executive , based in Delhi . The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, pitching Mehar Projects’ services to prospective clients, and converting leads into business opportunities. This role requires on-ground visits, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and proactively identifying new business channels in the hospitality, wellness, and real estate sectors . Key Responsibility Actively generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and networking Pitch and present company services to hotels, resorts, developers, and other potential clients Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM tools Collaborate with the business development and project teams for seamless client onboarding Qualification ✅ Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills ✅ Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented ✅ Prior experience in field sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or wellness ✅ Good organisational and time-management skills ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Must be comfortable with extensive local travel ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Open to undergraduate applicants)
