Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic TELE-Sales Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for many clients, you will play a key role in building relationships, driving enrollments, and promoting our health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and referrals.
• Explain the clinic’s services and programs in a clear and engaging manner.
• Convert leads into consultations and program enrollments.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the nutrition team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (health/wellness industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
