Job Title: Telesales Representative (IT Products) Work Arrangement: Work From Office Location: Delhi, Shakarpur Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday Experience Requirement: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT hardware sector (laptops, desktops, accessories) Skills Requirement: Strong knowledge of IT products, especially laptops and related hardware Excellent communication and persuasion skills Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel is a plus Gender Preference: This role is open to female candidates only Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive sales Understand and promote company offerings related to refurbished and wholesale IT products Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information Follow up with prospects and close deals Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries or requirements Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet daily and monthly sales targets Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a customer-facing role Knowledge of IT hardware products and their features Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or higher Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and interview performance
