Job Title: Ayurvedic Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Ayurvedic Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic products and services through outbound/inbound calls. The role involves educating customers about Ayurvedic solutions, answering product-related queries, handling objections, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products and services.

* Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage in a clear and convincing manner.

* Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with patience and product knowledge.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.

* Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel) with accurate call details and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

* Stay updated with Ayurvedic product knowledge, promotions, and offers.

* Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs, complaints, and preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Ayurvedic/Healthcare sector preferred).

* Basic knowledge of Ayurveda, herbal, and natural wellness products (training will be provided if required).

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages will be an added advantage).

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.

* Computer literacy with MS Office/CRM tools.

Education:

* Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

* Preferred: Background in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
