Profile **Process Associate (HCL Process)

Salary 15,000 to 20,000 /- In hand + Incentive

Exp. Fresher/Experienced

Location Noida Sec-3

Shift Timing & days 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Description To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, Feedbacks, requests related to their healthcare plan, appointments. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received enabling satisfaction of customer. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skill "Skill Set and JD of Process :

 Advisors must be Graduate.

 Must have Good communication skills with Fluent English.

 Advisor should be typing speed of 30 WPM +.

 Have BPO Experience of minimum 6 month.

 Must be convenient with 8 to 8 shift window with 9 hours staffing.

 Should not be seeking any long leaves by any reason.

Process Incentives :

 OT is there per hour.

 VAS incentive is there between 1000 k to 8000.

Functional Area: Customer Care / Customer Service- Voice Process"

Desired Candidate Profile "- Must be graduate / under graduate with basic computer skills.

‐ Excellent English Communication Skills.

-Good Vocab/ Grammar.

‐ Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.

‐Able to think creatively and structure solution."

Customer Care Executive (Max Life Insurance Process)

17,000 to 25,000 In hand + Attractive incentives

10+2 or Graduation

To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, Feedbacks & requests related to insurance policies, renewal of policies. Explain features of various policies. Analyze current insurance policy of the customer and suggest additions or changes. Help policy holders to settle claims and maintain their records. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received enabling satisfaction of customer. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Functional Area: Customer Care / Customer Service- Insurance renewals and analyze policy of the insurance holder. Suggest additions or changes in insurance policy.
