Aggressive, Result Oriented Tele Sales Executives Mode of work :Work from home Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Enter and update customer information in the database take and process orders in an accurate manner Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Willingness to work at UK Shifts and UK timings . Preffered skills Proven experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, and Malayalam languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
