We are seeking a proactive Accounts Trainee to support our finance team with basic accounting tasks, financial data entry, and administrative duties. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in accounting and looking to gain exposure in a dynamic, real- world finance environment.
Responsibilities
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
· Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables
· Develop and implement effective strategies to improve Receivable management Process.
· Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
· Support payroll preparation and employee reimbursements
· Assist with data entry and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
· Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to finance
· Organize and maintain accounting records
· Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
· Excellent written and communication skill in English is mandatory
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
· Basic knowledge of accounting software
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
