iTech Ecommerce Pvt Ltd is a progressive e-commerce and IT solutions company, working closely with Alibaba.com to empower Indian SMEs, exporters, and manufacturers. We help businesses extend their global reach through the right technological and trade platforms.

Job Role-

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele caller to join our team in Kolkata. The primary responsibility will be to connect with exporters and manufacturers across Kolkata & West Bengal, and schedule 3–4 qualified appointments daily for our business development team regarding Alibaba.com membership plans.

Key Responsibilities-

* Make outbound calls to exporters, manufacturers, and SMEs from our database.

* Present the benefits of Alibaba.com membership in a clear and convincing manner.

*Schedule 3–4 confirmed appointments daily for the sales team.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM.

* Follow up with potential clients to ensure meeting attendance.* Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements-

* Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling / telesales / customer service (B2B preferred).

* Strong communication skills in *Hindi, Bengali, and basic English*.

* Confidence in speaking with senior business owners and decision-makers.

* Good persuasion and negotiation skills.* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
