We serve various industries across India with quality products and end-to-end technical support. We are expanding our inside sales team and looking for dynamic Telesales Executives to be part of our growth journey. Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales. Explain company products and services to clients and prospects. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. Maintain and update customer database regularly. Handle customer queries and provide timely support or redirect to appropriate teams. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer communication. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of industrial/electrical products (preferred). Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude. Good knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred.
