About LoveZap LoveZap is a premium NFC-based digital storytelling and invitation product. Customers tap a LoveZap card and instantly experience a personalized story or digital invite on their phone. It is used for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and personalized gifting. We are expanding fast and looking for a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to help us reach more customers and event planners. Key Responsibilities Attend inbound calls / messages and Make outbound calls / messages to warm and cold leads interested in digital invitations, wedding cards, gifting, or event branding. Explain the LoveZap product clearly—its features, pricing, benefits, and use cases. Convert inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website into confirmed orders. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries. Follow up with leads consistently to boost conversions. Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records using CRM tools. Provide feedback to improve scripts, product offerings, and customer experience. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi preferred). Ability to convince customers and handle objections confidently. Basic understanding of digital products, invitations, or gifting (preferred but not mandatory). Patience, active listening, and customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency with WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Experience dealing with wedding planners, event managers, or corporate gifting clients.
