Job Title: Telecaller – Business Loan SalesDepartment: Sales / Business Development Location: Janakpuri- District Centre Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller (Sales Executive) to promote and generate leads for Business Loan products. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, explain loan offerings, and convert qualified leads into potential customers by providing accurate information and excellent service. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote business loan products (Working Capital, OD/CC, Machinery Loan, Term Loan, etc.). Understand customers’ business requirements and assess their eligibility for loan products. Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure timely conversion. Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for documentation and loan processing. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain professionalism and product knowledge while communicating with clients. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information. Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Contribute to the overall growth of the sales team by maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred in Commerce or Business stream). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in Business Loans / SME Loans / NBFC / Banking sector. Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English proficiency preferred). Good understanding of loan products, documentation, and financial terms. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
