**Job Responsibilities:** - Call potential customers and explain business loan products. - Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. - Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly. - Coordinate with the sales team for further processing of applications. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. **Required Skills:** - Good communication skills (Hindi/English and any regional language preferred). - Persuasive and confident in handling customer interactions. - Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is a plus. - Ability to work under targets and deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
