Finlec Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Telesales Executive to drive business growth across our Web Development, App Development, and EdTech service verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients—ranging from corporate businesses needing custom software to educational institutions and entrepreneurs looking for specialized EdTech platforms. Your primary objective will be to qualify leads generated through our WhatsApp API and digital campaigns, explain the value of our technical solutions, and schedule high-quality consultations for our technical team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasive selling, and the ability to articulate how our development services and educational technologies can solve specific client pain points. Key Responsibilities:Targeted Outreach: Pitching custom Web/App solutions and EdTech platforms (like LMS or school management systems) to B2B prospects. Lead Management: Following up on incoming WhatsApp API inquiries and digital ad leads to ensure rapid conversion. Solution Selling: Identifying client needs and presenting Finlec’s tech stack as the ideal solution for their digital transformation. Target Achievement: Consistently meeting daily call volume requirements and monthly lead conversion targets.
