Job Description: We are seeking a smart, confident, and enthusiastic female Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in generating leads and promoting our IT services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain the company’s services and offerings clearly and confidently. Generate appointments for the sales team and follow up on interested leads. Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information. Handle basic customer queries and transfer hot leads to the sales team. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation. Provide feedback and report call outcomes to the team lead/manager. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written). Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone etiquette. Basic understanding of IT services and digital products (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
