Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Tele-call online and offline leads (Dial 350 calls/day, 4 hours of actual talk time/day, 9 hours of login time/day on the calling platform). ● Call potential or existing customers using pre-set scripts to explain our offerings. ● Understand customer needs, answer queries, and guide them toward the right solution. ● Build rapport and trust with clients to convert them into paying customers. ● Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system. ● Follow up with interested leads consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS. ● Handle objections or complaints professionally and ensure client satisfaction. ● Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant programs. ● Coordinate with other departments for smooth client onboarding. ● Share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement. ● Go the β€œextra mile” to achieve individual and team sales targets. What We’re Looking For: ● Strong desire to earn more by closing more sales and achieving attractive incentives. ● 6 months to 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience. ● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English. ● Confidence to engage and convince customers over the phone. ● Ability to handle rejections and bounce back with energy. ● Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage preferred). ● Goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility. ● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hunger to grow.
