Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive with strong communication and closing skills to handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects mainly. The role involves lead conversion, customer engagement, and coordinating site visits to drive sales.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate / property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Follow up consistently with interested clients to convert leads into site visits
Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling and closures
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay updated on project details and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably real estate
Excellent communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to handle objections professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
Customer-focused and result-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
